Operation modes:
– OBD
– DC
– JTAG
In OBD mode:
– Read / Write Flash only
– Read / Write Eeprom not possible (only JTAG mode)
– No checksum
In DC mode:
– Read / Write Flash only
– Read / Write Eeprom not possible (only JTAG mode)
– No checksum
– On bench without opening control unit
– On bench diagnostics by cable
In JTAG mode:
– Read / Write full Flash and Eeprom
– Need to open OPC5 and solder adapter
– For recovery. No checksum.
Hardware requirements:
– VEI V6/V7/V8 device
– Direct Connect 2U tool with OBD2 power cable
– DC2U-OPC5 cable
– DC2U-ISP-JTAG+BDM dongle
– DC2U-JTAG8 flex adapter
To use this license no need tokens. Can be used unlimited times.
